Review all marching procedures, rotate everyone as squad commander. Review. Introduce rifles as part of D/C. R/L shoulder arms, present and order arms. Review. Introduce marching with rifles at right shoulder. 15 count manual arms. Review. Continue to practice 15 count manual arms and marching. Review. Calisthenics in the middle of the track field will be 5 sets of 50 yard sprints, 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 50 squats, 50 burpees. 1.0 mile run to and from the Bell Tower. 5 times over the bridge, at the opposite end of 3 9/13/20 Capitol Corners 4 9/20/20 Iron Maiden 5 9/27/20 Rifle PT 6 10/4/20 Glass Bowl each run 25 burpees and 25 squats will be performed. 3.0 mile run to and from the capitol building. At the capitol, 25 of each will be performed in the 4 corners: push-ups, situps, mountain climbers, and body builders. 2.0 Mile Run on the track and inside for a Push up, Squat, and Burpee Circuit. Following that is a 1 lap Circuit around the track (Bear Crawl, Inchworms, Crab Walk) Rifle PT will have several events of Rifle squats, Sit ups, 1 Lap sprint Workout in the Track Stands, actives and pledges will run 5 laps of stairs. Upon each finished lap, 50 of each exercise will be completed: push-ups, flutter kicks, mountain climbers, and squats. 6 Stripes of being a Member 6 Laps around the Track Followed by a circuit with e following events. 6 sets of 60 Flutter Kicks, 6 sets of 30 Pushups, 6 sets of 30 sit-ups 8 10/18/20 Return to Track Field 2.0 mile run Around the Track.
