Motivation Letter I am applying to Technische Universität München’s postgraduate program of Management & Innovation in pursuit of a career in the medical industry to embark on human resource management on account of my passion for this meaningful field and undertaking that accords with my experiences and personality. My exchange program of applied German--Intercultural Communication Track in Universität Freiburg at university has provided me with a versatile background for delving into future study in Germany. I worked as an intern in NIO AUTOMOBILE CO., LTD. and SONY (CHINA) CO., LTD to engage in work related to human resources and administration management during college, which first stimulated my interest of management. In order to maintain knowledge of up-to-date strategic development and enterprise architecture of different industries in the face of the ever-changing global situations, I sought opportunities for professional development and further enhance my qualifications for this program. After graduation, as an HRBP responsible for Marketing Department and Training Department in China branch of PRIMEDIC, which holds the top five market shares of medical defibrillation device field in Europe, I have gained valuable expertise in managing employees. As one of the decision-makers of the new year's personnel recruitment plan, I expanded the original 27-person team to 40, contributing to the construction of the enterprise's talent group. After establishing the current crew, I conducted orientation training for 13 new employees, including professional medical systematic knowledge and corporate culture. Furthermore, I formulated new annual performance appraisal program to supervise and regulate the behavior of personnel in two departments. All of these job responsibilities and achievements have allowed me to improve my organizational and interpersonal skills, which are extremely vital in an increasingly complex global marketplace. I also demonstrate my remarkable leadership which can embody in my multiple identities as the outreach minister of Student Union and the vice president of Speech and Eloquence Association. During the process, I enhanced the cohesion of the organizations and developed my problem-solving ability. Such activities enable me to build the information that I acquire into my own knowledge system, broaden my thinking perspective and express my opinions effectively, which are conducive to my future study in management and innovation. I am convinced that I have made adequate preparation for postgraduate study in Germany and I am very passionate about conveying my views with students from different countries to bring more diversity to your program. With sufficient experience reserves of human resource management system and organizational structure of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, I look forward to sharing the special features and discussing the defects that need to be improved.
