 what did you learn about how to organize a training
and development workshop
 First identified gaps of the organization. Then
prioritized that gap. After that planed workshop on
it. Then followed by giving training on it. How ever,
it need time and money to organized and developed
it.
 How will this experience affect how your work in the
university
 It will good to identify the gaps
 This will be important to fulfill this gaps in my
lecture of lesson for the next students.
 Therefore, the students after graduated they will not
face with such challenges.
