Leadership Webinar
The quality of leading people is referred to as leadership. Probably, it is
one of the most important aspects of life. Above all, leadership has aided
human civilization's advancement. No organization or group can succeed
without competent leadership. Furthermore, this quality is not shared by
everyone. This is due to the fact that effective leadership necessitates the
presence of certain key attributes. What I’ve learned during the webinar is that
leaders should inspire, convince, and coach individuals to reach a common
purpose. Leaders aren't born; they rise to the top because of their
trustworthiness and the desire to follow them.
One of the most notable traits of being a leader is being honest. Honesty
and integrity are essential for gaining followers' love. Above all, honesty is
required to gain the public's trust. Every leadership that loses trust is almost
certain to collapse. Another trait is being a good communicator. This is since
bad communication sends the incorrect message to followers. Furthermore,
effective communication will boost productivity. Also, the likelihood of
followers making mistakes will be reduced.
Overall, the webinar was great in providing us with the information we
required to become effective leaders in our organization. The topic instructed
us on how to effectively lead and guide our members in accomplishing our
organization's aims and objectives.
