Wolves are very social animals. Wolf packs have a hierarchy of leadership.

The male leader and his mate are the oldest members and the best hunter.

These two animals are dominant over all the other wolves in the pack.

They are the only wolves that breed and produce pups in the pack.

They make all the decisions in the pack. The other members must
follow the lead of the male leader.
