System (using B&R PLC & Labview SCADA) with drive communication (Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP,

Prepare the various drives testing setup for CE, IEC, UL certifications.

Filter for Saudi Arabia Customer.
Lead the Team in CSC (China Steel Corporation) SA Drives Project Engineering, Testing,
Commissioning & Erection including 4800 KVA Convertor, 380 nos. of Invertors with different rating
from 16 KVA to 2400 KVA using D-net communication Protocol with MICA at Taiwan also work at
Taiwan CSC plant for 1-month.
Design, Commissioning & Erection of Styrolution ABS plant using Rockwell PLC (1756 L-71), SCADA
(FT view) & VA-CON Drive (690 kW) for the control of fully automatic system with five different line of
production.
Individually Design, Test, Commissioning & Erection of the Uttam Sugars’ Power Plant project using
PLC (Hitachi- EHV+) & SCADA (Hitachi-HIACS-AZ) for Control, Monitoring & Data Acquisition.
Individually Design, Commissioning & Erection for Hitachi-Hirel Sanand Plant Test Bench which these

 Individually Program for RTG Crane RFID Project to record container detail using Barcode system
with Siemens S7-300 PLC with Modbus-RTU.
 Individually Program for RMG Crane PDS Project for 2 container yard where each yard has 14076
TEUs point which recorded using Siemens S7-300 PLC with RS-232
 Develop the test bench for drive and PLC, for instance to check the Drives components like Control
cards, VSB, CSB, Analog, I/O, IGBTs, Input Diodes and for PLC Controllers, I/O Modules and
communication modules configuration and trouble shouting as well as develop the test kit to calibrate
and configure Load cells, Ultra Sonic position sensors, proximity switches, etc.
 Lead the team to develop the SCADA Screen for maintenance trouble shooting using SIS for RTG,
RMG & QC.
 Develop in house PLC panels for DG Set (5000 KVA 11 KV), AMF, HT Capacitor automatic on/off and
protection system, with Power factor correction control using Rockwell controller L-73.
