MOBILE APPLICATION TO INDUCE
FOR HABIT CHANGE
Introduction
• Majority of Malaysian – inactive and obese – chronic illness.
• Malaysian are encouraged to change their lifestyle & bad habits
• Habit
• learned impulses to perform a particular behaviour, triggered outside of
conscious awareness by a particular context
• influence human behaviour, health, well-being, and quality of life
• bad habits should be changed - unfortunately habit is difficult to change due
to lacking of self-monitoring skills
