attract more clients. Your profile is a powerful tool that helps win gigs! The
clearer your profile is in describing your experience and skills, the more gigs
you will win. This is why when you join our Agency, your profile goes through a
thorough review process by our Business Managers in order to make suggestions on key areas to adjust in your profile. This fine-tuning benefits you as
much as us since it helps land more gigs.
Another benefit of joining our agency is that you will save on Upwork fees in
the long run. This is because all of the hours you work for a client through the
agency will be paid through the contract you have with us. When that contract
reaches a certain amount earned, Upwork fees will be less reaching as low as
5% fees. The table below is taken from the Upwork website showing how these
fees are determined based on the amount the freelancer collected from the

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Your priority is to respond to clients as soon as possible. The sooner you respond to a
client, the better chance you have of winning that gig. Clients expect a fast response,
otherwise, they move on to the next freelancer. We will send you reminders to
respond to clients, so you don’t lose the gig. Your second priority is to deliver your
work on time to the client. Be sure to estimate how long it will take to complete the
project with the client. Once you and the client agree on a deadline, be sure to plan
accordingly, and deliver the finished product on time. If there are any issues that
arise, delaying the time of completion for the project, you must communicate with
the client.
We require that you respond to our messages promptly. We consider that you are
busy and have a life outside of Upwork, but we require you to respond to our questions as soon as you can. Communication is key when it comes to freelancing.
When reviewing your profile, we may ask you to change your hourly rate. We expect
you to make these changes as soon as possible so we can start submitting proposals
on your behalf. We may suggest changes in the text, picture, and skills. Keep in mind
that this is done to benefit you and our Agency.
We will ask you to change your Default Team on Upwork to YittBox. When you
receive an invitation for a project, we will accept it on your behalf. We have a proposal template with certain language that is proven to land clients, we write a customized
sentence at the beginning of the cover letter that is related to the job post.
Another element to consider is that we basically never decline an invite. It's like a
cardinal sin for us, a wasted free marketing opportunity at minimum; but keep in
mind that just because we accept it doesn't immediately attach you to the job. You
can always discuss with the client and then notify the team if it's not in your skill-set
or that you simply are not interested because of other reasons.
Invitation handling is important because there is always a possibility for you to get a
job from another freelancer that received an invite but was unable to take it. It is our
policy that all leads/clients generated by our connects must stay within the agency.
We do not allow taking our clients outside of the agency and failure to comply with
this policy will result in removal from the agency.

HOW IT ALL COMES TOGETHER
Once a client is interested in your skills, you will receive a message fromthat
client. We will be in the room while you chat with the client; however, you will
be doing most of the communication with the client. We will be in the chat
room as your backup in case you need us to step in for whatever reason. If a
client decides to award you their project, they will send an offer to you. We will
accept the offer on your behalf, and you can start working on the project.
When you receive an offer from a client, you will be using the Upwork time
tracker against the client’s timecard (if the client requires it). You will then
book the same hours against our (YittBox) timecard. Please confirm that you
understand the double-booking process via chat write, “I understand the double-booking process,” so I know you read this.
The business managers decide the hourly rate for each project. If you have a
client that asks you to give a price on a project, you will let us know in this chat
room (not the one with the client), and we will come up with the price based
on the hours you estimate it will take.
If you come across a difficult client or you just don’t know what to say to a
client, you can message the Business Managers for assistance. We will handle
the correspondence and come up with an answer that eases the client’s
concerns.
