What is this?
This is the Google Drive backend of LiftVault.com (aka “The Vault”). It has all of the
spreadsheet files from the site.
What can I do?
From here, you can do a few things:
1. Download a personal copy of the entire folder.
2. Download a personal copy of specific folders.
3. Download or make a copy of specific files.
I’m lost or want more information about a program!
If you need help sifting through the files, I recommend you use the Lift Vault Program
Finder: https://liftvault.com/search
The program finder has all of the same programs but allows you to search through
filtering. From there you can open up the desired spreadsheet and make a copy.
If you want more information on a specific program, search for it on Lift Vault.
How do I stay updated?
To get notified when new programs are added, you can subscribe to Lift Vault for free. If
you received a link to this folder in an email from Lift Vault, you are already subscribed.
This folder will always be up to date with the website.
