User Guide 1. General This document provides information regarding job application process. 2. Overview The job application process in PeoplSoft Human Resources is very easy. The application page contains the personal information, work information, salary information and declaration sections. The personal information section has the different points where applicant can fill his/her personal and educational details. The next section is work information here applicant can fill past work experience and skills related information. The third section is salary information in this applicant can provide his/her current and expected salary details. And the last section is declaration where applicant must provide all the correct information which required to align with company policies. 3. Page Functionality This paragraph provides the detail information about each section given in the application form. Once you create an account on career page of PeopleSoft Human Resource website, you can see multiple job opening. You can click on job ID, it will navigate you to application form page shown in Figure 1. On very first page of job application, you can see the personal information section. Here you can see the different points such as Name, contact details, present and permanent address details, birth date and location, total year of experience etc. Below these details you can see education details point. From most recent degree you can add the educational details. After completing first section on page at right bottom corner you can see save and next page options. Click on save and proceed to next section by clicking on next page. On next section you need to provide your work-related information. You can start with your most recent organization. For entry level jobs you can skip this step if you don’t have any past experience. Once you fill all required point from work information section then click on save and proceed to next section. In salary information section you can add your current and expected salary details. You can also add any other comment related to your notice period etc. in given extra comment point. The last section includes the set of questions which required to fill by applicant with best of his/her knowledge. Once you fill all the section click on save and apply option. It will navigate you on other page which will provide the all the details on single page which you have been filled. You can cross check and click on submit application option. After submitting application successfully, you will get and email which you mention in the application form. Note : All the points with asterisks (*) are required to fill by applicant before submitting the application.
