Anti-Corrosion Under the same conditions, the diffusion rate of Cr atoms in ultra-00Cr materials is several decades faster than ordinary materials, which can effectively prevent intergranular corrosion and point corrosion. The content of Cr in the grain and the grain boundary is more easily balanced, with stronger corrosion resistance preventing grain boundary corrosion and. When corroded by the medium, a Cr-rich passivation film is formed on the surface to isolate the matrix metal from the corrosive medium. When the temperature of the corrosive medium rises to 120°C-180°C, the surface is re-passivated and Cr-rich again. The damaged passivation film begins to be repaired. The unstable components in the passive film are washed away by the fluid and passivated after repair. The stability of the film composition is better than that of a passivation film formed at a static state at this temperature, and the anticorrosion performance is superior. According to NACE TM 0284-2016 Standard A Method test result, under saturated H2S 2680 mg/L and 96 hours, no Hydrogen bubbling is detected on the surface. Wear Resistance The sucker rod products manufactured by Super 00Cr material have reasonable design of rare earth alloy components, and adopt scientific metal tribology design and heat treatment processing technology to ensure strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance in various working environments. High Density Super 00Cr material uses special production technology to improve the microstructure density of alloy steel, in order to obtain fine steel of excellent sorbite metallographic structure. Sorbite is a small pearlite, also called "Nano-Steel", with good mechanical properties, low residual stress, and a good match between strength and toughness. Fine crystals and low residual stress both have good properties for resisting grain boundary corrosion, electrochemical corrosion, pitting corrosion, and stress corrosion.
