Si Rosendo Labadlabad ay isang Pilipinong politiko mula sa lalawigan ng
Zamboanga del Norte. Siya ay kasalukuyang naglilingkod bilang alkalde ng
munisipalidad ng Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte mula noong 2019, at dating
miyembro ng Philippine House of Representatives mula sa 2nd legislative
district ng Zamboanga del Norte mula 2007 hanggang 2016. Isinilang siya sa
Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte at pumasok sa karera bilang politiko mula sa
lalawigan ng Zamboanga del Norte Sa kanyang maagang buhay matapos ang
kanyang pormal na edukasyon.
Maraming nagawa si Mayor Labadlabad sa kaniyang paglilingkod,
kagaya na lamang ng paggawa ng mga bagong gusali, pag-ayos ng kalsada, at kahit pagtatag ng
extension ng Mindanao State University sa Sindangan. Layunin niyang iangat ang Sindangan sa
kaniyang makakaya habang siya pa ang nakaupo bilang alcalde ng lungsod.
Maituturing isang mahusay at ulirang politiko si Mayor Labadlabad. Maraming sumusuporta
sa kaniya sa pagbabago ng hindi lamang Sindangan, kundi rin sa buong probinsya sa panahon ng
kaniyang pagiging kongresista.
(Hindi po cost-effective kapag larawan lang po ang ipapaprint ko, kaya nanghihingi po ako ng eksepsyon kahit sa gawaing ito
lang. Marami pong salamat.

“The Efficiency of Mandatory Vaccination Validity in Private Establishments”
The COVID-19 pandemic has been on its second year since its discovery for a while now, and
the number of cases has yet to cease from rising. There are over 11 million new cases immerging per
week according to an online COVID-19 statistics board called “worldometer.” Despite this apparent
threat, there are still millions of people who are either not yet vaccinated or outright refuse to be
vaccinated.
The problem presents itself as the number of unvaccinated individuals are alarmingly high and
could lead to potential health concerns that could damage the entire population. The existence of the
vaccination card ensures that an individual is fully vaccinated and is therefore provided the basic
protection from the virus. With this in mind, the study aims to assess the efficiency of requiring the
possession of a medical validation such as a vaccine card in private establishments such as grocery
stores and the like to figure out whether or not it will have impact on the spread and severity of the
disease in Sindangan, Zamboanga, del Norte.
