Colorful Palate Prep Area Requirements
20 x 20 Tent with sidewalls with proper electricity and lighting
Extension cords for coffee percolators (if pertinent)
5 8-foot banquet tables without linens
2 pedestal fans & 2 Extension Cords (in hotter months)
3 trash cans with liners
Clear plastic pitchers 1 per 15 guests
2 Bussing Tray and Tray Jack per 50 guests (when appropriate)
1 Coffee Percolator per 50 servings of Coffee
1 Large cooler for ice per 75 guests (The Client is responsible for ice for cooling beer, wine, and any other
beverages; As well as ice for service! We estimate 3-4 lbs. per guest for a summer day!)
Ask the rental company to drop all service ware items in the main tent…not in the catering tent.
Any required cooking equipment depending on your menu! For example, grills, fryers or portable convection
ovens.
