SUBJECT: FREEZE ON ALL APPROVALS OF EXPENSES & PAYMENTS
As per the executive management meeting today, it is apparent that we have
a concerning liquidity issue, therefore, this memo serves an executive directive
to you all to cease all approvals for expenses and payments as of today until
further notice.
Acting Head of Finance will only allow provision of payments for Staff Salaries
whilst all other expenses and payments will cease as of today until further
notice, unless otherwise approved by the Office of the CEO to proceed.
Please kindly meet and inform your relevant managers and teams in due
course until further notice from the office of the CEO.
