Equally, the collection of work involved in the said course chronicles the areas where I have grown and how much I have achieved in bringing to fruition the key development areas I have underscored in my personal development plan. Personally, the new learning setup is not a mean feat nor a walk in the park experience. It called on us, teachers, to chart new paths as well as learn and relearn skills to ensure that we are more than ready to take on the challenges of education in the new normal. Never have I felt more challenged and hard-pressed in “delivering the goods” so to speak as learning continuity in the time of COVID-19 called for new norms in the delivery of instruction and in all areas related to it. Consequently, my journey in the LDM course and growth in the process have been largely influenced by the technical assistance duly provided by the education officials. In turn, my being a LAC leader and master teacher made my journey alongside the teachers in the department instrumental to our collective growth and attainment of the goals we have set for ourselves in our development plans. All in all, work that ensued from the LDM not only ensured that we are more than ready for the new learning setup but also ensured that we are provided with the avenues that helped us attain the goals we have set in our personal development plan.
