2. Weaknesses:
I tend to be overly critical of myself. Whenever I complete a project, I can’t
help but feel that I could have done more even if my work received a positive
response. This often leads me to overwork myself and leaves me feeling
burned out. Over the past few years, I’ve tried to take time to look at my
achievements objectively and celebrate those wins. This has not only
improved my work and my confidence, but it has helped me to appreciate my
team and other support systems that are always behind me in everything I
do.
3. Strength:
My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when
needed. I’m not afraid to take on a difficult client or do a project that nobody
else wants because those are the clients and projects that teach me the
most. I typically love to work outside of my job description and do whatever is
asked of me. I'm not above any single task, and I take great pride in my
ability to step in and adapt to any situation to get the best results for the
company.

plan, for me to be able to identify and prioritize the components critical in
supporting the solution. second is I shall take measures that should be taken
to reduce the effects of such system disruptions which ever can increase or
reduce the contingency cycle and with this strategy and with thorough
recovery strategy it will ensure a quick and effective recovery following a
disruption.
Lastly Testing validates recovery capabilities, which improves the plan
effectiveness and overall preparedness.

experiences unrelated to the position of your application
When I was just starting as an intern in my earlier career, I focused on taking
[your niche] position. As I progress with my career, I took my first job to an
ecommerce company and land on the position of [niche], from then on it

on was a marketing company and I was in a [niche] position and I worked
alongside with a team that handles the allotted task.
11. What are the top major challenges and problems you faced in your
career? How did you handle them?
In my most recent role, a former coworker left her job unexpectedly. During
this time, she was the team leader on an important new project. When she
left, my manager asked me to take it over. While I had never performed her
job duties in the past, I had previous leadership experience. Using my
leadership and problem-solving skills, I pushed the project forward,
encouraged the rest of the team and completed her responsibilities as well as
mine. We were able to complete this project successfully and on deadline.
