THE ORGANIZATION AGREED AS SET FOLLOWS
1) CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
The terms
of this contract
include
the conditions
of the contract
and by the reference
the
provision
in the other document specifically
listed in exhibit
A. the terms
of this agreement
shall prevail
over any conflicting
provision
in the documents
inconpracted
by reference,
if a
conflicts exists between the plans and the specification,
the specification
shall govern
2) THE WORK
unless otherwise
specially noted,
doctor or staff on contract
will never
pay for any materials,
equipment,
tools for surgical operation
even when destroy
or malfunctioning
and other facilities
and services for the proffer
execution
and completion
of this operation. The work shall be done
substantially
in conformance
with the plans and that have been initiated
and signed by each
party.
