What are your specific aims for taking part in "AFRIKA KOMMT!" 1. To develop my skills, learn new tactics and gain advance knowledge in my area. 2. To adopt new learning environment, study with cultural pool and learn country language. 3. As my technical skills in management are less, gaining advance technical skills is one of the most important aims of applying AFRIKA KOMMT. Professional targets within the next ten years • Governmental Project Manager with Agile. • Consultant in Projects What do I expect to gain during the programme? 1.Team Work and Team building skills. 2.Industry exposure through projects. 3. Language exposure. 4.Networking skills. 5.Communication skills & Leadership skills preferred profiles for my application and the reasons to choose how my academic background and professional experience fits the profile • Project Manager, was my career path since I completed my masters in Business & Management in 2018 and my degree in Management Science in 2014. I joined a private bank as market development officer that I worked with different projects including real estate development and properties, implementing debit card system and initiating an advance customer care database system. That different project I worked helped me to boost my skills, decision making and problem solving skills, in short while, I become certified in Project management professional PMP in PMI after long planning intervals.
