Each state is hustling to compete well among other states. However , there is enough scarcity of intellectual behind this competition . It doesn’t matter whether, it is the states of the four corners of the Pakistan or it can be between two states. Such states have to manage time, aim and move forward towards the future with better future prospects. However there is an obvious scarcity of vision attached with the rapid progress of the states.The states around the world are improvising its Global power exponentially, but not only improving its GDP but there is a much massive evolution of nuclear assets. However, the reason for a state to be massive in the terms of power is to have a better intellect Where Pakistan is also a state, and it needs to survive better on its own pattern of foreign policy. However, in the face of changing global power evolution, Pakistan requires a proficient foreign policy to survive and prosper. The stance of Pakistan’s foreign policy on the circuit power global power dynamics becomes evident. When the key players in the global system rise or fall, changes occur in the global power structure, players and interests. The rise and fall of great powers change the dynamics of world politics. So, tension mounts between old and new players over retention or transition of power. No country—particularly those which are important for competing powers—can escape this global transformation and power struggle. The economy been the backbone of any state sustains better prosperity if it is stronger. The economy of the potential super power China is giving a soft power to China for ruling the world. China been the neighbor state of Pakistan has friendly relation with Pakistan. And the foreign policy of Pakistan pose a heartfelt relationship with China. Both of these countries support each other on the economic fronts including the examples of “One Belt One Road” and “CPEC”. Also the political super power USA interferes in the domestic affairs of those countries where the USA wants to interfere. However Pakistan is such a state whose Foreign Policy has such a flexibility which can easily deal with the US involvement in this region by making the USA narrow towards peace acquirement. It is because of foreign policy of Pakistan which brings Afghanistan and Pakistan on the same page of the AF-PAK Foreign Policy of USA for these two states. The Atomic Energy advancement of Iran to become an atomic power is posing threat to the USA as the US considers it as a threat to its supremacy faking world peace. However this is the right of Iran to have this advancement in technology for its safety, security, and a better reputation been among other states of the world. So, Pakistan needs to play a balanced role in this regard on the basis of its foreign policy. As Pakistan has played this role so far with needed ratio between these two states, I.E USA and Iran. The challenges that Pakistan is facing are quite a hurdle from its global power dynamic to the its foreign policy. Time to time American coverage about Muslim international locations is posing severe demanding situations in the overseas regarding Pakistan. Another issue that is now faced by Pakistan’s foreign policy is the Kashmir issue which subsides Pakistan’s international position. Pakistan needs proficient strategies in order to improve its foreign policy. This will aid to strengthen its ties more with both the Muslim and non-Muslim states for mutual packages on the economic fronts based on the skilled citizens of mutual countries. This will boost Pakistani economy, which will in-turn make Pakistan more strong. The Kashmir issue can be solved by dealing with India optimally as a part of Pakistan’s foreign policy. This will help release the tension between the two states and will open the doors to more stable opportunities for prosperity as both the states will breathe better in more open air . Iran should be supported in her Atomic project. This will help us to secure this region from American supremacy. However, familiar relation with US must be maintained because it is essential for Pakistan. By using Pakistan’s Geostrategic position advantageously, relations with China and the USA can be tackled at the same time. Both the USA and China are highly dependent on the state of Pakistan. USA depends on Pakistan for its diplomatic strategies, while China depends on the unique location of Pakistan for its economic strategies. If Pakistan realizes and imposes integral personal strategies in its foreign policy then it can easily win over both of the states of the USA and China. CONCLUSION As far as the global power dynamics are concerned, Pakistan has enough successful multi-pronged flexible foreign policy. Which has the dealing capacity and potential for each and every occasion and for each and every state concerned and involved. Still, some debilities per human nature may be there in Pakistan's make approach to a perfect foreign policy. Like the American visits to India and the American restrictions against Iranian atomic procedures, as do we see.
