başlamadan önce, projeyle ilgili genel bilgiler, yasal hak ve sorumlulukları, sahadaki genel ve
yapılacak işlerle ilgili tehlikeler, riskler ve korunma metodları, acil durumlar ve müdahale yöntemleri
hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
Below mentioned personnel is employed to work on Yılport Harbor Kocaeli . Mentioned personnel is trained about legal rights and
responsibilities, hazards and risks related to site and tasks to be performed at site and preventive measures, emergency cases and
response methods, before start to work, as per Turkish Labour Law (6331), item 17 and related regulations.

İş sahasında çalışmaya başlamadan önce projeyle ilgili genel bilgiler, yasal hak ve sorumluluklarım,
sahadaki genel ve yapacağım işlerle ilgili tehlikeler, riskler ve korunma metodları, acil durumlar ve
müdahale yöntemleri hakkında eğitim aldım. İş sahasında bulunduğum, ya da projeyle ilgili görevli
olarak başka bir yerde çalıştığım sürece, eğitimde anlatılan kurallara harfiyen uyacağımı taahhüt
ederim. Kurallara uymadığım takdirde oluşabilecek zararlarda her türlü hukuki sorumluluğun
kendime ait olduğunu kabul ve beyan ederim.
Prior to start to work, I have received related trainings about general information for the project, my legal rigths and responsibilities,
hazards and risks related to site and tasks which I will perform and preventive measures, emergency cases and response methods. I
make a commitment that when I go into the worksite or do any work related to the project in some other locations, I will follow the rules
which are explained during the training. I accept all responsibilities for any injury or losses if I do not follow the mentioned rules.
