1 Preparation of site location:
A) clearing, stock pile yard, temporary shelter,
delivery all materials.
B) Armco Bridge works: Assemble wooden mat as
raft foundation and cilindrical armco
C) Construct temporary dock for pedestrian and
motorcycle to pass over the river while bridge will
be demolish
2 Constructing ramp on Bridge #11:
Labor
A) Dumping fill material (laterit soil) ± 30 m3 on
one side of bridge #11 (side that facing Desa Cinta
Puri).
B) Levelling and compacting ramp

3 Dumping fill material to rise up river bed elevation,
near by bridge # 13, ± 100 m3 or less. (dump trucks
do not pass bridge #13)

4 Demolishing exisiting bridge :
A) Remove Realling and wooden deck (upper
Structure)
B )Pulling out existing bridge's beam and pile using
excavator. Beam or pile that cannot reach by
hydraulic boom will be pulled out with assist of
Steel Wire.

5 Rise up middle section of river bed elevation :
A) Filling middle section of river bed with boulder Surveyor
and stone until achieved 1.3 m height from existing
level. The dimension of filled area
1) 7.5 m long regarding Armco length
2) 5 m width regarding Armco Dia. 4500 mm
3) 1.3 m height to rise up armco elevation up to 1.3
m or less
B) Measure/Check river bed after filled to confirm
the elevation
7 Wooden mat/raft foundation:

piling array galam timber to fix the position of
armco

8 Armco bridge works:
A) rolling Armco #1 Dia. 3600 mm to move the
precised position using Excavator #1, while the
Excavator #2 that stand on the other side pulling it
using steel cable to stabilize the position.
B) Rolling Armco #2 Dia. 4500 mm using Excavator
#1 , while Excavator #1 pulling it the oposite.
C) rolling Armco #3 Dia. 3000 mm using Excavator
#1.
D) Pilling galam to hold the armco on the required
position.
9 Back Filling work :
Labor, Operator
A) Install soil bag to divert water flow & protect
backfill area between armco.
B) Back fill the space between armco using sirtu up
to require elevation
10 Compacting and levelling :
Grading & Levelling pavement structure over the
bridge surface to design elevation including
compaction
