In Romania, do you think marijuana should or should not be legalized? Why?
Yes! And the main reasons are simple. In medicinal purposes, marijuana, can help treat a
number of conditions including : Alzheimer's disease, appetite loss, cancer, epilepsy, PTSD,
glaucoma, nausea, pain, muscle spasms and others. Cannabinoids, the active chemical, are
similar to the chemicals the body makes that are involved in appetite, memory, movement and
pain. In this case you will need to have a prescription from your doctor.
You can find marijuana in Romania.There are a lot of dealers out there, selling to anyone
who has the money. Especially fragile ages who have been told ,, It’s cool to smoke ’’,
manipulating the teenage wannabe. Legalizing marijuana it will make it easier to control the
situation.In this case education is the first thing to be considered. Learning about it will make
you more responsible and at least you know what it is and I say that the first learners will be the
parents.They should know that the kids are exposed to it and they should have an open
discussion about it. They may not need it for medical purposes but for recreational service
which may be helpful to reduce anxiety, relax tight muscles, stress etc.The person is easily able
to decide to use or not use marijuana when it is available and freely offered there is no particular
compulsion to use.
For these reasons and many others I consider that marijuana should be legalized in Romania.
