1.Shovel and Bob cat Should have the valid
third party annual examination certificate
from DAC accredited agencies
2. Valid RTA License holder with valid thirdparty training certificate from DAC
accredited agencies are engaged as

daily by driver and monthly by HSE & plant
division.
4. Vehicle should be inspected by the
operators on daily basis by using Daily
prestart briefing check-list and it will be
verified by HSE Department
5. Automatic Reverse horn are placed in
wheel loader and Bobcat
6. Flagman are engaged with wheel loader
to guide the operator
7. Pedestrian access to be made and
workers are not allowed to work Levelling
operated area. This will be supervised by
Site Engineers and HSE officers.

5. All lifting activities are carried out after
taking Lifting permit from the appointed
person only
1. Crane works will be stopped if the wind
speeds exceed 38KPH.
2.Wind speed indicator are available in
the Tower crane -02 and 04 to monitor
the same
3. Crane works will be stopped during rain
and dusty weather conditions.

2. Vehicle inspection are done on daily

1.All loose sheets will be tied to avoid flying

2. All Electrical appliance will be routed
through residual current and overload
protection device like RCCB and MCB.
3. IP protection (Fire resistant and water
ingress) DBS are used to tape electrical
power.

appliances like DG and DB,
5. Monthly inspection are carried-out for
all power tools and identification stickers
will be given with different colors on
monthly basis. Damaged power tools will
not be given with stickers.
6. Power sockets are not allowed to over
load.

8. PAT test are done for all Power driven
tools.
