Guidelines on the conduct of Capstone Defense
1. The defense must be conducted in a dignified academic atmosphere.
2. Take note of the Time Duration of the Conduct of Final Defense.
5 mins- Presentation of Documents
10 mins- Presentation of System
10 mins- Cross Examination by Panel
5 mins- Deliberation
3. Panel’s critique for revisions/elaboration should all be written on the comment sheet provided.
4. After the defense, the members of the panel shall immediately fill out and sign the grading sheet.
