Internet Connection Guidelines for Attendees
1. Please make sure to check your internet speed (upload & download speed).
2. Minimum of 20MBPS of upload and download speed for better internet connection and to have
a better quality of the convention.
3. LAN or wired connection is a MUST but if you are using a mobile device or a laptop, make sure
that you are near to the WIFI router to have better connection.
4. In case of internet interruption or technical problems from the host, please wait for instructions.
5. Use headset for clearer audio reception.
Zoom Guidelines for VIP speakers & Plenary Speakers
1. Please make sure to check your internet speed (upload & download speed) prior to your
presentation.
2. Minimum of 20MBPS of upload and download speed for better internet connection.
3. LAN or wired connection is a MUST but if you are using a mobile device or a laptop, make
sure that you are near to the WIFI router to have better connection.
4. Use a headset or an external microphone for better audio quality.
5. Make sure to have a source of light in front of you during your presentation to have better
video quality. If none, you can place your laptop in front if a window.
