SHORT DIRECTIONAL GUIDE PER GRADE LEVEL Limited Face to Face Implementation I. GENERAL INFORMATION Kisante National High School a leading secondary school in Makilala, Cotabato aims to join the implementation of the limited face to face classes this school year amidst the current Covid-19 pandemic. Teachers and learners are advised to follow health protocols when entering the school vicinity. Social physical distancing, wearing of face mask, wearing of face shield, and sanitizing using alcohol are the protocols teachers and learners need to follow. II. INTRODUCTION The school traffic management team was created to provide support on the traffic management inside the school in the implementation of the limited face to face classes. III. OBJECTIVE/S Ensure that learners, parents, and teachers who enters the school vicinity follows physical social distancing. IV. TRAFFIC WORKFLOW PER GRADE LEVEL i) When entering the gate; ii) ALL learners will undergo a temperature check at the school entrance gate iii) Grade 7 learners will go directly to their respective classrooms in Andres Bonifacio Building. iv) Andres Bonifacio Building (has one entrance and exit. All grade 7 learners will exit near the admin office going to the exit gate v) Grade 8 learners will go directly to their respective classrooms in Antonio Luna Building. Antonio Luna Building has one entrance and exit. All grade 8 learners will exit following the exit signs going to the exit gate. vi) Grade 9 learners will go directly to their respective classrooms in Lapu-Lapu Building by passing to the exit pathway fronting Antonio Luna’s building going to the principal’s office Building and make an entrance to their respective #TatakKisanteWowKisante #LearnersTodayLeadersTomorrow DepEd Tayo Kisante NHS classrooms in Lapu-Lapu Building then exit following the exit signs going to the exit gate. vii) Grade 10 learners will go directly to their respective classrooms in Gregorio Del Pilar Building by passing to the exit pathway fronting Diego Silang’s building passing to the school gymnasium and make an entrance to their respective classrooms in Gregorio Del Pilar Building then exit following the exit signs going to the exit gate. viii) Grade 11 & 12 learners will go directly to their respective classrooms in Francisco Baltazar and Gomburza Building by passing all the way through the pathway then exit following the exit signs going to the exit gate.
