Behaviors for Distance Learning (Weekly) Synchronous Learning Students contribute to synchronous learning sessions through regular on-time attendance, adequate preparation, completion of work, active participation, and discussion, and by asking relevant questions that benefit the class. 4 3 2 1 Student attends all synchronous learning sessions on time and prepared. Student attends all synchronous learning sessions, generally on time and prepared Student attends most synchronous learning sessions on time and prepared. Student attends some learning sessions on time and prepared. Student completes all preparation, practice, and other required work thoughtfully and meaningfully Student completes all preparation, practice, and other required work adequately. Student completes most preparation, practice, and other required work adequately. Student completes some preparation, practice, and other required work adequately. Student participates actively, meaningfully, and productively in synchronous learning sessions through participation in discussions and by asking relevant questions that benefit the class as a whole Student makes attempts to participate actively, meaningfully, and productively in synchronous learning sessions through participation in discussion, and/or asking relevant questions. Student participates in synchronous learning sessions when called on but does not take an active role in discussions or by asking questions. Student does not participate actively and meaningfully in synchronous learning sessions. Or Student is disruptive or disrespectful during synchronous learning sessions.
