Recently, I had a chance to meet my high-school friend. You know, her name is Mai Trinh.
I and she used to end our friendship when we were in grade 10. After that,
We had a gathering at the coffee shop to have funny talks after a long time no meet
You told me that she could not successfully apply for her dreaming job and she was distressed.
She knew that I used to be in that situation so we wanted me to give her an advice which could
help her get over it.
I honestly shared with her that being distressed whenever we failed to achieve our goals is
common. The ideal solution for that problem is that we had to realize our shortcoming after
failures and learn from experience. When I failed to apply into my dream company, I was also
pretty painful because I desire to contribute to that company. So I can totally understand her
sadness.
And you know after that communication, she has overcome significantly and now she is open to
new job opportunities and have a positive mindset to face new difficulties.
I feel really pleased with my advice because it can help my friend eliminate negative thinkgin
and also that is a chance to help me reflect on my failures but I can successfully deal with it.

We made an meeting at the Phuc Long coffee store one of the most well-known coffee store in
HCMC.
Recently, I had a chance to meet my old friend she was Ngoc Linh and we were friends when
we were in secondary school, but in the grade 9 we had some problems and ended that
friendship. We met each other and talked again after nearly 5 years. We made an meeting at

Sitting there and listening to her stories which she had passed through, I really look up to this
friend because of her intelligence and perseverance, she had an outstanding result in the
national examination which allows students to enter their dreaming university. She told me the
process of practicing day-by-day to had that result you know it really touched my heart because
I extremely admired her careful preparation. She only spent nearly 5 hours per day to sleep and
eat, the remaining time she used to solve various kind of tests.
Due to her constantly effort, she successfully achieved the remarkable academic result and
attend the most prestigious univerisy in Viet Nam. Foreign Tradee University. And you know
vietnames people have the notion that this is a Vietnamese Harvard university so you can
imagine how good it is. I hhave to admit that she deserves it
After listening to her sharing, I was like inspired a lot and I was aware that I need to make more
and more effort to achieve my expected target and that was a meaningful reunion with her and
I also want to meet her again to listen to her following story and experience.

Well, when it comes to a thing which plays a vital role in my daily life. The first one springing to
my mind is my motorcycle.
This is my present from my dad when I turned to 18 when I had to go to school, work by myself
and he purchased it for me to make my daily life easier. I have to admit that since I have had it,
I could go anywhere I want without worrying that how can I get to my destination because i had
to use a Ebike before. You know, in the past I still remember that one day my e-bike suddenly
stopped on the road and you know I panicked a lot and I had to call my dad to come and bring
me home. So that was a nightmare.
This motorcycle is not simply my vehicle that is a present from my dad on the occasion of my
18th birthday. I have accompanied it for 2 years, and I really love it. Thanks to it I could enjoy
the freedom of the age of 18 like I can hang out with my friend, go to school and to work by
myself
So if one day I lose it for some reason I think I would be really upset so I need to respect it as
much as possible.

Well nowdays to adapt to a new eras, I can see many people have to study second langue and I
am not the exception. English is defineitely the second one in the current context because of its
prevalence. I have to admit that my process of learning English is a challenging and tough path.
It took me nearly 6 years to learn but you can see unitil now I am still unconfident about my
English using.
And I want to share that the thing which helps me to learn English easier is my laptop.you know
that is my ideal companion to learn and work and. I have done tons of English assignments on it
and take note various vocabularies as well as sample sentences or something like those. So
yeah. I even use it to take the ielts mock tests before taking this examination.
Additionally, it also helps me to call a meet with my tutor and my friend who also make great
contribution to my process of learning English For example I can practice my speaking skill

You know my laptop is macbook pro so it is actually my ideal assistance thanks to its

Recently, I have had a chance to become an intern in an e-commerce company. Its name is
Fado. This is company have special reull which is that all employees need to complete all their
tasks before they go home.i usded to ask if he could reduce my workload to help me complete
my task more efficiently. But he didn’r approve of my suggestion. He claimed that other
employees had to abide by that rule and so I was not an exception. Because the time I worked
in there was not long enough long to have a close relationship with me colleague but I could
see many of them didn’t like that rule. Because we had to work nearly 9 hours to our work, and
we cannot go home after that time frame, even if it means that we have to work overtime.
Because of that, I quitted that job without receiving my salary.
You know I can see that the rule it is not too hard to comply with because it will depend on the
issuer and the context. So that is the reason why I want to work at multinational companies
although they has its own rules, they really respect their employees

As many teenagers, I desire to have a journey to Da Lat city with my friends by our own
motorcycles. I used to go to there with my friends but you know we arrived in there by coach
and that trip was organized by my high-school president with aim of helping seniors have a
memorable trip before entering university. I have to admit that that was our meaningful and
valuable trip so that is the reason why I want to experience that again by motorcycles. Because
I can see my other friends can ride to da lat by their own vehicles. I like wow that is a great
experience and I also want to have that with my friends. Because when experiencing by
motorcycle we can actually feel the beautiful sences we go through and stop over anywhere we
want to take a break which cannot be tried in a coach trip because the coach will only bring us
to our destination we want and things we can do is sleeping.
Yeah – so to be honest, I think it is hard to have that trip because my friends nowdays have
their own lives like their work, family, their loved ones or even their new friends. So I think it is
only my own dream and it may not come true.

Well, to be honest when I was a senior in high school I had to get up early and go to be late day
by day because of preparing for the national examination which is the most important and
maybe the last examination of students in Vietnam, because we will use this result to have the
ticket to enter our dreaming university. Yeah that was a nightmare. If iam not mistaken I only
slept nearly 5-6 hours perday and I had to get up at a quarter to 6 am on a daily basis. After
getting up I would have a poor quality breakfast then went to school and started a new
productive day. So if someday I didn’t have the first school-time meaned that day I was allowed
to go to school late so I would make use of that time to revise my lessons or cram for new
things. You know I have to admit that I made a number of endeavors like mimizing the time I
sleep to get up early but I still didn’t successfully achieve my very first ambitious goal which was
entering my dreaming university. You know I was still stung whenever thinking about that
period. But anyway it passed and I had to continue to pursue my new dreams.

Well, when it comes to a foreign person who I really want to meet, the first one springing to my
mind is Ariana Granda a well-known singer in the world right.
She is famous for her singing talent, I still remember the first song I have heard was 69. An
impressive song due to its upbeat and catchy melody. You know, I have an interest in enjoy
foreign entertainment products for example 69 has been used some words like Fuck or
something like those which cannot be performed in Vietnam and I think many countries in asia.
That is the reason why most of her fan coming to asia.
But you know, AG used to have a not good impression in Vietnam. She used to cancel her
upcoming show in our city and she blamed for her illness. But after 2-3 days since she has
cancel that show, she had an enegertic performance in china particularly Bac Kinh – the china’s
capital.
In spite of a bad impression, I also want to have a chance to watch her performance particularly
directly listening to her real voice. She used to claim that she would come back to Vietnam to
compensate for the very first event. But I don’t know when she will.

When it comes to a good habit which I have to study more in my friend. The first one springing
to my is working out. I have a friend whose name is Nhu Hang. You know I have to agree that
she is a healthy person who I have ever met. Although she is 20, she has a healthy lifestyle
which is extremely hard to do in other students. She told me that she had to do exercise at least
1 hour per day regardless of any situation.
Nowadays, I can see many teenagers of course like me get use to the sedentary lifestyle and
doing exercise may not be a part of our daily life . But you know thanks to her fit body as well as
her strong health which make me aware of the importance of working out.
You know I used to infect with covid. And I had to have a healty lifestyle to expedite the
recovery Like I had to get up early, have fully nutrient-dense break fast, do exercise, drink more
water you know they are which I cannot maintain or have before so to be honest that was the
only period which I live healthily. But thanks to it I may successfully undergo it. And after
recovering, I started to come back with sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. Hazzzzz. I need to
take up them again to improve my health to maintain the good energy when I get older.

Recently, my sister has successfully passed her dreaming job which is the staff in a well-known
cinema in Vietnam – CGV.
You know, this is her very first job but she successfully passed the recruitment to achieve her
goal. First, she was also quite nerverous because CGV is one of the most prestigious cinema so
it requires its staff a lot. And especially she has no much experience in interview to convince the
employer. And that time we were quite worried about it.
I gave her some tips in the interview roads which I accumulated through applying for a number
of companies and passed.
You know being interviewed, come back home and she was confident and said that the process
was not challegging as she though before and she could do in her best.
After waiting for nearly 1 week, she has received a good respond which allows her to come to
work at the next week. That time we were thrilled about that result. She bought a drink of a

Recently, I had a chance to take over the account executive position volunteering community
on facebook , it names was Voco Center stand for Vietnam online career orientation which will
help students like me to have the right direction and best preparantions for their career. You
know because I didn’t take part in it’s recrtuiment so I cannot claim that I was officially
appointed to my current position and you know my position was vacant at that time and I was
introduced to it. And my parter – his name is Hoang. I used to coporaate with him in another
project. And he reccomneded me to that vacancy and I agreed because I knew that group which
is the most prevalent among students, as I mentioned so after working for it, I not only had
chances to extend my relationship but also enrich my knowledeg and you know he was my
leader.
It is pity that whenever I wanted to discuss the work with him. He seemed to ignore me but had
time to reply his friends comments on facebook.
I admit that currently my achievements are still inferior to his ones. So it is pretty common he
may looks down on me. But as a responsible person, I had to ignore it and seem friendly with
him to finish my tasks as efficiently as possible.
To be honest that will be my useful motivation to remind me that if I am not able to succeed, I
will not only fall behind my friends but also be undervalued. I will always remember this lesson
and have a best preparation for my future.

Recently, I had a chance to take over the strategy analyst and content creator on a planning
community on facebook. And my mentor as well as leadr is a strategy director in one of the
most prestigious agency company in Vietnam. Contributing myself to it helps me enrich my
knowledge and had chance to connet with an expert – my mentor. He recognized my potential
after project I had launched with him. So recently, I was gifted a book about how the amazon
was successful like now. You know I don’t have an interest in reading book. But I can see many
experienced and educated people usually present books. so when he messages me that he
wanted to give my a book as a tet present. You know I was actually astonished and yeah I
received that book.
Although I hardly read books, I have to admit that that book was informative and useful for my
future career. You know it helped me know how amazon could be successful and become the
one of the richest firms in world and the process of building the trust among the consumers like
how to dig into the consumers insight or how to make a business decision. Yeah I really love it
and I will carefully keep it as my very first present from my mentor

You know, to be honest as a teenager, I also have the habit of procrastination like I will do it

things like learning English, reading more academic news to enrich my knowledge or hanging

I can see many successful students at my age they can manage their time efficiently have a selfdiscipline so my thing which consumes most of my time is never their daily part and I need to
study them more to value my time and break my bad habit.

I still remember that 7 years ago, my family had to move to a new house. And during the
transportation our goods. I think the workers indeliberately pressed the button of a AC’s
remote. And when we equipped it on the wall, turned it on. It didn’t work. OMG, it was a
terrible experience and nightmare, because the AC is family’s essential thing and we cannot live
without it because of the scorching weather in Vietnam.
My father put many efforts to repair it but it was useless. Then we had to call the service center
and the next day the mechanic came and help us restart it. Ohhh, at that time everything was
very well-down because the previous night we couldn’t sleep with the fan resulting in use being
exhaust on the next day

Well when it comes to a person who I admire because of his creativity, the first one springing to
my mind is Pham Minh Quang who is the founder of TM Academy which trains newbie
marketers like me about Marketing courses such as MKT Foundation, Data analyst and so on
Well, when it comes to a course which had a profound impact on my future career, the first one
springing to my mind is a marketing foundation course. I had a chance to study it when I was a
freshman. I had learnt it within nearly 2 months in a center located in district 1 which is the
heart of HCMC and every person may easily access it (30-45s)
Before entering that course, my knowledge about marketing is nothing. You know I even didn’t
know some basic ones like 4P, Marketing Mix ,Consumer insight or something like those. And
during that course I had a chance to meet a number of trainers from various background. Most
them are the manager like marketing manager of loreal or heneiken or brand manager of Close
up, sunsilk and so one. I have to recognize that they were experts in marketing field because of
their abundant experience and academic knowledge via campaigns they have launched so their
sharings did not only inspire my potential but also was accessible for newbie like me.
Besides I had an opportunity to befriend promising students from gifted university in Vietnam
like Foreign Trade University and University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city. I used to desire to
became a students in these schools. I worked in team with them to present a marketing case
which I still clearly remember that was a case of launching new rejoice product. Thanks to those
chances my knowledge about marketing was significantly changed and I succussfuly figured out
my ambitious dream which was a marketing intern in a multinational corporation after that

students to enter their dream universities. And my dream one is the university of economic HCMC
It was pity that at that time my score was not higher than other students and I falied to my

 I still clearly remember that in my 10th birthday I had a chance to receive my birthday
cake from my sister and that was a first gift ever she gave to me. You know, at that time
she was still a high-school student so didn’t have enough money to buy any present for
me and that cake was all she could afford. That was a small tiramisu cake. At that time I
was actually surprised to her gift because if she hadn’t bought it, I wouldn’t have any
cake to celebrate my birthday.
You can imagine that cake was so small that the shop assistance could not write
anything on it like my name, or the day of birth. It only had a small line of happy
birthday. However, I was so really thankful to her gift and I can see my family members

Recently she got job and had income and still keeps that habit, whenever when my

 As a junior with an ambitious goal, I have to study lot. So I have a habit of going to the
coffee shop nearly my house, It is the coffee house. I usually come to there alone to
complete my assignments or tasks. I cannot understand that why I cannot whenever I
stay at home so if want to be energetic or productive the first also only method is
coming to the café.
The coffee house is so prevalent among teenagers because of its reasonable price, nice
view and good service. I can see a number of students and workers also coming to there
to complete their tasks. So I feel energetic whenever looking at them and want to be
productive like them.
I usually enjoy white coffee and someday if I have enough money I will purchase a cake
such as tiramisu to help me have more energy to do my work. The coffee house serves

If I am not mistaken, the first time I have come to there was nearly 10 years ago. At that time, I
haven’t still known about Da Lat city like how the weather was, the scene or the atmosphere
were. I only knew that we had to spend nearly 8 hours arriving there and it was so memorable
for my first trip. Because most trips we took at that time, taking us nearly 2-3 hours to come.

 Well, when it comes to a (), the first one springing to my mind is Da Lat city. This city is a
well known destination which is popular among teenagers and all of us want to arrive in
there at least twice a year due to its cool and romantic atmosphere.
I personally believe that these things are the major reasons making Da Lat become more
popular than others city. Most tourists come to there to enjoy the new atmosphere
which helps them (us) actually relax after working, studying for a long time and Escape
bustle and hustle of a busy city. They (we) may take tons of photos with their (our)
loved ones or friends in well-known tourist attractions like: Tuyen Lam Lake, da lat
college of education or Pren waterfall and something like those. Besides, da lat has
various delicacies such as banh can, Vietnamese rice paper or soya milk which are quite
common right? But when enjoying them in da lat in a cool atmosphere that is a valuable
experience.
I cannot count the number of trips I have taken to da lat with my friends or family but
whenever arriving in there my feeling is quite indescribable like the first time I come to.

As an ambitious undergraduate, I have an endless passion for marketing so to serve my big
dream which is becoming a talent young marketer in a multinational corporation in the next 2
years. The first skill I really need to learn and improve day-by- day is logical thinking.
I aware that this is a challenging skill which I cannot learn in active ways such as reading books,
watching or listening podcasts from influencers in marketing filed like marketing manager,
marketing director or brand manager. I mean I need to find an expert who can help me to
enhance this skill. To be honest, 2 months ago, I had a chance to take over the strategy analyst

trained me is Thanh Lam, currently he is a strategy director in a prestigious marketing agency in
Vietnam.
He challenges me to think logically by asking me tough questions which renders me to think and
answer as not quickly as possible but also logically. Besides, he encouraged me to read more
academic news then summarize it. Finally, he wants me to narrate it in the most concise and
understandable way.
By this method, I cannot be trained how to think, write and talk logically, I also had chances to
enrich my knowledge by reading academic news. In spite of only learning and being trained
within 2 months, I have to admit that my mindset has been sharpened a lot thanks to chances
he gave to me.

Recently, I have made a tough decision is that I had to purchase a luxurious T-shirt for my friend
on 20th birthday. You know I had to expend nearly one million for a shirt which I have never
thought before, let alone buy it.
And the brand I chose to buy is MLB a well-known clothing brands in the world with various
costly items. That is the basic black shirt with MLB logo printed on the back and I really love it
because I am a minimalist and love the basic
The main driver to make me choose that brand and that shirt was that my friend has a sense of
style and even she appreciates well-known brand which is easily noticed among the crowd. The
shirt costed me nearly 1 million as I mentioned and its colour is black that is her favorite one
and if I am not mistaken the time I bought it, it was new arrival and I purchased it in Van Hanh
Mall located in district 10 where most international well-known brands choose to display their
items.
To be honest, I also had regret a little bit, because as I mentioned I haven bought any imtem
being expensive like that. But I should discharge that thought because she is my companion
who besides since 2019 and I can see sometimes she also buys some expensive things for me
like clothing, food . So that is fair.
