Online Learning: Determining the Effectiveness of Communication Between the Instructors and Students Purpose of the study: This study aims to explore whether online learning influences communication between instructors and students in a negative way, if online learning during Covid-19 pandemic affects students’ productivity levels. As well as, to evaluate and suggest ways of improving effective communication between instructors and students of MSU-IIT in online courses. Since this shift to online learning is very new to most students and instructors there is a great interest in this topic along the way of experiencing this change especially for students. Statement of the problem: This study aims to answer the following research questions: (1) Does online learning have a negative impact on communication between instructors and students? (2) What are the problems that students face in online learning and does online learning have a negative effect on students’ participation and their productivity level as a whole?
