TRAINING AGREEMENT This Agreement is between ______________________________ who shall be considered as “Trainee” and Beehive Support Services Incorporated shall be considered as “Trainer”. Day 1 i. Part 1: Orientation and Discussion of Salary Schedule ii. Part 2: Accounts Creation b. Day2 and 3: Self Training Packages c. Day 3 afternoon: Pre-deployment Orientation (emphasis on guidelines and SOPs of the production department) If a Trainee is absent anytime during the training, the trainee will be asked to join the next batch of training, if there are any available slots. If the reason for absence is valid, the trainee may be given a consideration provided that s/he presented a supporting document indicating the reason for absence. The trainee should follow the training schedule and must notify his/her assigned coach on any concerns regarding his/her attendance. The training allowance will be Php 100 per day equivalent to Php 300 for the duration of the training. The training allowance will be credit to the employee account after 1 month of employment. Training allowances will be credited only if the trainee has completed the required training and 1 month of floor production. There shall be no employer and employee relationship unless the trainee will complete the necessary 3-day training required for the position. If the Trainee wishes to discontinue, he or she needs to file a notice of discontinuance, such will be effective immediately. The company has the right to terminate this agreement at any time if for any lawful reasons. If the trainee decides to discontinue within the training period his or her training allowance shall be forfeited. The trainee will sign his/her Service Agreement with LASSI once s/he passes the transition training.
