3. EVALUATION SUMMARY
3.1. GENERAL
The Material requisition has been distributed to bidders. After receiving proposals from AIOTEC,
technical clarification letters was sent to them and technical meeting was held with AIOTEC
(LÖDIGE). But No clarification meetings were held with SPEC and Nico Energy Pasargad, because
they offered similar technical proposal from (LÖDIGE).
TBE table has been filled based on their proposal and the latest conclusion of relevant clarifications
