LEASE AGREEMENT

1) Rent of $475.00 is due on the 3rd day of each month. This
amount is the total of $400.00 for the rent itself and
$75.00 for the power bill. This lease is good for 1 year and
will be reevaluated on July 1st, 2021.
2) Pets are allowed after approval only. No more than 2 or 3
dogs and/or cats.
3) The tenant, Embra Woods, is the only person living in the
residents. Owner, Kimberly Priddy, must have 30-day
notice before anyone can be added to this lease.
4) Owner, Kimberly Priddy, must have 30-day notice before
any changes to the home or property can be made.
5) Tenant, Embra Woods, must give owner, Kimberly Priddy,
must be given 30-day notice if plans to move out. Likewise,
owner, Kimberly Priddy, must give tenant, Embra Woods,
30-day notice if tenant is to be evicted.
6) Tenant is responsible for any property damage or injury to
tenant, Embra Woods, or her visitors.
7) Tenant, Embra Woods, is to notify owner, Kimberly Priddy,
promptly of any needed repairs that may arise. Owner,
Kimberly Priddy, is to respond with a solution within 72
hours.
8) The home and property are to be kept neat and clean by
the tenant, Embra Woods.
