1. INSTALL CLEO4_setup.exe on your pc.
2. go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\cleo\
3. copy cheats.cs into cleo folder
4. copy cheats.fxt into cleo_text
5. launch the game
To activate the mod press CTRL+C
