This doesn't mean managers need a timely response, it means they need to be able to think, evaluate problems, and find solutions by analytical thinking. Are certain personality types better adapted than others for certain jobs? Sure, some people with these characteristics can better match those occupations than others, but passive communicators are often easy to obey and move along with others. Marks Answer If I was a United Hospitals Ltd consultant. By suggesting few points, I would have been helping employees to alleviate stress: Taking into account the advantages of continuous relaxation. Meditation or meditation may be attempted. Make sure every week person have plenty of free time. Tell your loved ones about your work problems rather than your suggestions and request their support. Drugs like alcohol and cigarettes do not alleviate stress and can cause health issues. Drinking and smoking should be stopped. Seek psychologist professional advice. If stress in the workplace remains a problem, onw may have to find another despite his or her efforts.
