OBJETO Este documento describe los indicadores y las fórmulas asociadas necesarias, para evaluar la calidad de la red radio Ericsson, propuestos por el suministrador y estudiados en el grupo de trabajo de estadísticas. Los indicadores propuestos cubren los servicios de voz, videotelefonía, datos y streaming. 2. ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN UTRAN Ericsson con versión SW P2.1.5 CU1 - P2.1.6 CU5 - P2.1.6 CU6. 3. KPI´S UTRAN ERICSSON Call Completion Se define como la probabilidad de soportar con éxito una conexión desde el acceso hasta la desconexión normal por parte del usuario final. Accesibilidad (RRC+RAB) Se define como la probabilidad de establecer con éxito una conexión para el servicio deseado. Capacidad de retención (1-CDR) Se define como la probabilidad de que una conexión sea terminada adecuadamente (con éxito) por el usuario final, una vez se haya garantizado su acceso a red. Integridad Se define como la probabilidad de que la conexión establecida se mantenga dentro de los márgenes de calidad requerida, la cual es definida en términos de BLER objetivo. A parte de estos indicadores habituales, se han añadido al documento los siguientes: Cell Update La tasa de éxito de actualizaciones de célula. Indisponibilidad La indisponibilidad a nivel de célula se puede medir en base a los tiempos en los que una célula se encuentra deshabilitada y no bloqueada por el administrador del sistema, habitualmente en forma de porcentaje a lo largo del día (24h) Handover Tráfico KPIs UTRAN E 12/06/2008 Página 4 de 29 3.1. Call Completion Success Rate (CCSR) Se define como la probabilidad de soportar con éxito una conexión, desde el acceso hasta la desconexión normal de la misma originada por el usuario final. Es el resultado de multiplicar la tasa de éxito de establecimiento de la conexión por la probabilidad de retención de la misma. CCSR = CSSR ⋅ (1 − CDR ) Esta misma fórmula aplica a todos los tipos de servicio (RAB). CDR: Call Drop Rate. 3.2. Accesibilidad La Tasa de Llamadas Establecidas con Éxito (CSSR) se define como el producto de la tasa de éxito de establecimiento de la conexión RRC y la de establecimiento del RAB. 3.2.1. Global Tasa de éxito de establecimiento de conexión RRC. Then RNC asks permission both from RNC Main Processor (MP) load control and admission control functions. Having received permission to continue, allocates a DL channelization code and then starts to set up a connection towards the RBS. Also the UE is requested to setup an RRC connection with RRC Connection Setupmessage. Once NBAP Radio Link Restore Indication message and RRC Connection Setup Complete message have been received by RNC, then the RRC connection is considered to be successfully established.
