CIVIL WORKS REQUIREMENTS
Buyer Civil Works to be executed according the following requirements.

Wind Farm Platforms
1.1
Wind Farm Platforms dimensions to be according Exhibit 2.1.1 for those WTG with hub
height of 82m and according Exhibit 2.1.2 for those WTGs with hub height of 105m.
1.2
All Wind Turbine Platforms and Roads to be oriented and constructed according
Exhibits 2.1.1 and 2.1.2. In case during the engineering phase the orientation of the
platform differs from these exhibits, the design will be reviewed between the Parties to
ensure no affectation of the WTGs installation works.
1.3
Bearing capacity for the Main Crane Pads to be of 5 Kg/cm2 and to be verified by Plate
Bearing Test in the Main Crane working area and storage areas.
1.4
Rest of characteristics and requirements to be according to Exhibit 2.1.3 0050-8073.

Main Crane assembly/disassembly areas

Buyer should consider at all the times the Lattice boom assembly area as well as
Auxiliary Pad for auxiliary assembly cranes, when crane crawling using the Wind Farm
roads between WTGs is not feasible.
Wind Farm Roads
3.1
Access Roads from the coordinates X****** Y***** and up to the Wind Farm site to
be constructed according to Exhibit 2.1.4 0054-6051 Wind Farm Roads Rev.5 to allow
the transport of the Wind Turbine components.
3.2
Wind Farm Roads interconnecting the Wind Turbines will be of 6 meters usable width
width with a maximum longitudinal slope of:

7% when interconnecting Wind Turbines with hub height of 82m

5% when interconnecting Wind Turbines with hub height of 105m

Road design to consider the area occupied by the blade beyond the truck wheels while
being transported on the truck. A simulation with Autorun is recommended if there are
interferences (trees, houses, etc) near the roads that might prevent the transport.
Wind Farm Platforms and Road Maintenance
4.1 Wind Farm Platforms, Access Road and the Wind Farm roads have to be maintained
periodically in order to comply with the characteristics indicated on Exhibit 2.1.4 00546051 Wind Farm Roads Rev.5 and Exhibit 2.1.3 0050-8073. Crane Pad Requirements

Wind Farm Platforms, Storage Areas, Foundations and Section of the Roads in front of
the Wind Farm Platforms and Storage Areas to be constructed in a manner to have same
final soil elevation.
Overhead lines

The distance of new or existing overhead lines shall be respected as Exhibit 2.1.3 00508073. Crane Pad Requirements Ver.8.

Minimum clearance with overhead lines crossing the road to be of 6.5 meters
Crossing over Bridges or underground pipelines

Buyer shall consider at Turning areas on last WTG of the line when required.
Wind Farm roads interconnecting Wind Turbines and the rest of the roads
interconnecting the groups of Wind Turbines that have bridges or underground pipelines
crossings shall have the necessary upgrades or reinforcements to ensure the transit over
them of the Transports trucks and/or the crawling of the Main Crane.
Temporary Area for the Construction works
9.1
A site compound area shall be provided by the Buyer in order to place Vestas facilities
(mobile offices, hygienic services, tool containers, WTG containers and other
equipment). This area This area will also be used for the unloading and temporary storage
of small components, containers and miscellaneous material to be used for the installation
of the wind farm. The site compound shall be free of debris, levelled and compacted with
a layer of graded aggregate to allow for appropriate drainage. The ground shall have the
same bearing capacity of 2 Kg/cm2 with 0,5% slope to the outside.
