This is 1-phase kvar for capacitor C1. Capacitance of the capacitor This is rated kV in rms for capacitors C1. It is rated voltage for the capacitor. the rated kV for Wye connection to be entered should be VL-L/√3 (or if Delta connection then VL-L) Vendor provide this value and it is depend on the R.M.S voltage(fundamental + Harmonic) and the raised voltage. This is maximum kV in rms for capacitor C1.it is equal 1.1 × Rated KV This is XL1 in ohms for inductor L1. This is the Q factor (XL1/RL1) for inductor L1.when the Q=100, then the RL1(real resistance of the reactor and it is different that the etxternal resistor for RLC filter to do damping)=0.01 × XL1 This is the maximum I in rms(fundamental + Harmonic ) for inductor L1.you can assume it equal 1.25×I1 if ungrounded capacitor bank and equal 1.35×I1 if grounded capacitor bank.the Max.I differ from the rating current for the reactor which provided by the Vendor, because the vendor will apply marginal factor for the design(estimated Ir.m.s × 1.25), and also estimate the harmonic level, for example if the fundamental current(I1) = 100 A, then to apply maximum consideration for the harmonic, you can estimate that the fifth Harmonic current equal 100A(or 0.5I1 or at least 0.35I1), so the Ir.m.s=141.42, then apply the 1.5 margin then the reactor rating current=212 A, but the Ir.m.s to be entered in ETAP= 125A, for the protection purpose. 3.
