The La Union Schools Division is committed to provide the best services to
educators, parents and learners. Its over-all goal is to improve educational and functional
outcomes for learners by providing high quality professional development, technical
assistance, data facilitation and monitoring services for districts, schools, and families.
These include special programs which focus on addressing the different challenges faced by
the academe. The success of LUSDO through the years can be traced from the consistent
successful implementation of its different PPAs. Special and innovative programs were
likewise implemented to further develop and hone the skills and capabilities of both the
teachers and learners.

Enhancing the skills and capabilities of the teachers and learners is a way to achieve
the most desired quality of education. One of the manifestations that quality education
exists in La Union Schools Division is the consistent winning of both teachers and learners
in academic and co-curricular contests in the regional, national and even in the
international arena. This only proves that public schools can be at par with the private
schools.
