(Spain) and with this document APPROVED, signed and stamped by
buyer, bank confirm the payment].

32. Before to confirm the order we need you can send us 2 boxes as samples for each size
(M, L) to see and check all information about the gloves, certificates, normative and
pictograms OK and check it can pass our QC. We need pictures of the artwork of the
box and artwork of the master carton box to check all information and details are OK.
Then if it is all OK we will confirm you the order with you with a contract you will send us
with all details about the Powder Free Nitrile Medical Examination Gloves with the quality
and certificates for Hospitals and Medical Centers.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. 100% Letter of Credit, Irrevocable, Confirmed at Sight and effective after SGS inspection
[against SGS inspection of Quality and Quantity to delivery of the gloves in the
destination country in Barcelona (Spain)].
2. DELIVERY IN BARCELONA (SPAIN).
3. SGS INSPECTION OF QUALITY AND QUANTITY IN DESTINATION COUNTRY IN BARCELONA
(SPAIN).
4. PAYMENT OF LC Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-Transferable, at Sight will be effective
once SGS inspection of quality and quantity have been checked for the goods and SGS
have confirmed and certified that all is OK in destination country in Madrid or Barcelona
in (Spain) and with this document APPROVED, signed and stamped by buyer, bank
make the payment.
This letter is not an official purchase agreement. All the terms and conditions of the proposed
transaction would be stated in the Purchase Agreement, to be negotiated, agreed and
executed by both parties.
