Project management theory, terms and concepts are introduced in this course.
Students will discover the project life cycle and learn how to build a successful project from
pre-implementation to completion. This course will introduce project management topics
such as resources, costs, time constraints and project scopes.

stage in the cycle

My expectation from this course was to develop my skills on project management, enhance my
knowledge on project management and relate my experience with the theory. At the end of the
course, I am very delighted to share that this course helped me to improve my understanding and
develop some practical skills of project management. I found a big difference between my practices
of working in a project with the theory. The course helped me to minimize the gap between my
practices and theory. On the whole, this course helped me in my personal and professional life.
My expectation in this course is to develop my skills and enhance my knowledge on project
management, and relate my class activity experience with the theory. I would like this course to help me
improve my understanding and develop practical skills on project management. Also, I would like to
