Statement:
Based on claim Adisasmito reassuring to the public regarding the synovac vaccine, The Vaccine
is halal and safe and not caused any serious side effects so far. However, East Java doctor,
Yusdeny Lanasakti, reject Sinovac’s that worried about the vaccine’s efficacy where the data on
the results of research on the level of vaccine effectiveness in each country are different. Then,
China Press was reported an old nurse had died nine days after receiving a shot from Sinovac's,
but Indonesia's Ministry of Health declined to comment on any possible connection between the
vaccine and her death because the first dose can only trigger a partial immune response.
