1. Rationale
The activity is designed to assess and review the past performance of the Office of the Vice
Chancellor for Research, Extension, and Development (OVCRED) to enhance and improve
the quality services of the personnel under this Office.
On the other hand, Team Building brings people together by encouraging collaboration and
teamwork. Fun activities that help employees see each other in a different light allowing
them to connect in a different setting. One of the most powerful reasons for teambuilding is
to get results.
This activity is will also enhance the internal attitudes and proactive behaviour of OVCRED’s
staffs. It also aims to boost the team performance and productivity of each individual in
their specific functions. A successful teambuilding activity will surely mean a more
comfortable workplace environment for any institution, large or small.
2. Objectives
This activity is designed for all the employees under Office of the Vice Chancellor for
Research, Extension, and Development to assess past performances, conduct Teambuilding
Activity, and strengthen OVCRED performances.
Specifically, the activity will enable the staffs:




To serve as a motivation activity for a dynamic team
To establish strong relationship within the Office.
To assess the past performances and enhance services
To improve the camaraderie and cooperation among the staff of OVCRED
