In light of the global pandemic of COVID-19 that caused economic
recession worldwide on top of the great number of lives lost to the virus
there has been a lot of coverage of the risks of globalization. The increased
interconnectedness of today’s world is seen not only in the increased flow
of people, goods, and information but also viruses that sweep throughout
the globe like a wildfire. The Theory of Liberalism were being used by our
government that concerns about the technological advances, particularly in
the areas of transport, communications and information processing. The
Philippine government tried to get different kind of modern to control and
the containment of coronavirus across the world and has demonstrated the
varied success of such approaches in minimizing the transmission of
