You have to divide 5/7 by 3.
5/7 ÷ 3 = ▢
5/7 ÷ 3/1 = ▢

5/7 x 1/3 = ▢
5/7 x 1/3 = 5/21
So each friend would get 5/21 of a bag of hot Cheetos
