PAST JOB EXPERIENCE ● ● The association’s director of research The editor of NAACP magazine “The Crisis”. My past experience allows me to bring national changes through magazines which allows me to experience unequal influence among the middle class blacks and progressive whites for the black protest from 1910-1934 CONTRIBUTIONS My contributions toward education are unrivaled since I stress the fact that the education for blacks is considered vocational. I have also encouraged voluntary segregation in thoughts of african american teaching african american kids but unfortunately lead to my resignation. I have also published two books: Black Reconstruction and Duck of Dawn.
