Most of the people we’ve met are Farmers.
Farmers were considered as the backbone of our Country. The Government has this kind of
initiatives for farmers which is the FSRS or the Financial Subsidy to Rice Farmers which Is
part of the DA’s initiative to assist small rice farmers who plants 1 hectare or less. This
initiative gives 5k pesos to 600k Farmers. This is also a part of the government program to
extend their support to farmers under Covid19 Pandemic.
In addition to that, the DA’s initiative for Farmers is providing free seeds to them which is
under the RCEF of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund.
