EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Accomplished, energetic, and determined problem solver with a solid background in
logistics and warehouse management. My analytical and interpersonal skills mean that
every task is handled and completed efficiently to the highest possible standard.
I possess experience in managing WFP warehouses with both food and Nonfood Items,
handling transactions, extraction of reports and Data reconciliations. Iam a hardworking
individual who strives to achieve the best in all areas and Iam always eager to learn skills
and advance my career. I work well with teams, but also independently. I possess
exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic with high levels of integrity. I work
effectively under pressure and pay attention to detail in my work. I am very motivated
person who is very keen to learn new skills to improve my experience for the benefit of

Warehouse Supervisor, Insight Management- World Food Program – Bidi bidi EDP
In this Position, am responsible for monitoring and overseeing all warehouse activities,
supporting the receipt/dispatch and verification of commodities both food and non-food
items alongside supporting warehouse documents as used by World Food Programme to
ensure accuracy and confirm proper stock levels plus supervision of staff under me

Improved stock transparency and accuracy that easened management of
information, food stocks and facilitation of smooth logistics operation by providing
business support.

Received and forwarded all goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
Verified all goods as they were delivered to ensure compliance to agreed SOPs.
Ensure warehouse hygiene by implementing pest control and waste disposal. This
reduced the rate of infestation, losses and maintained the quality of stocks
Warehouse layout design and planning for storage areas. Managed to reorganize
the storage room , making the process of retrieval of equipment less cumbersome
by 50% than before




Managed and supervised the third party service providers at WFP warehouses
where an average of 6000MT is handled monthly
Offered on job training and implemented capacity building of staff under me to
ensure proper handling, improved performance and partner cooperation




Performed daily and monthly stocktaking with WFP teams. This helped the
organization to plan effectively in terms of what was or not in stock, what to be
used first and last – FIFO
Maintained clear and organized records, staff attendance and Payrolls to ensure all
reports and invoices were filed stored and submitted timely. This improved
management actions especially monthly remunerations. And ease of access
Ensured cleanliness of all areas. Kept storage areas clean and tidy and in strict
compliance with hygiene regulations. Adhered to all Health and Safety procedures
particularly relating to Covid -19.
Ensured that all store requisitions were signed by the concerned persons and
approved as per WFP Supply Chain SOPs.

In this position my main duties included receiving/dispatching ,arranging commodities,
recording quantities issued and received with the official approval documentation as
used by WFP
 Received and verified all commodities to the correct storage to ensure
compliance to agreed SOPs
 Ensure quality the food in the warehouse by refusing to accept damaged or
incorrect items in order to minimize lose
 Maintain clear and organized records to support clerical activities and this
improved tallying activities which improved recordkeeping and easy access to
information through preparing dispatch tally sheets for commodities issued from
the warehouse
 Reconcile stack cards with physical inventory on regular and monthly basis as per
warehouse SOPs to ensure tally between the system and the physical stokes in the
warehouse.
 Handling of Non-Food items for both pre-packaging and warehouse consumption
to Fdps and other designated locations this improved transparency and accuracy
to ease management information on available stokes and requisition.
 Planned for storage space for the warehouse such as managed the Nfis
store and this helped to reorganize the Nfis storage room making easy
tracing of equipment’s easier
 Issue cleanness of all the warehouse areas for both inside and outside and this
helped tiredness and maintain the quality of the stokes and the compound clean
