1 subway BLT wrap

○ Tomato basil wrap
1 raspberry cheesecake cookie from subway
5 shrimp
1 cup of seasoned roasted broccoli
⅓ cup of white rice
~ 32 oz of water
Asiago bagel with thin layer of cream cheese
Half cup of coffee with a little bit of french vanilla creamer
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of Nature’s Own whole wheat bread
1 cup of veggie straws
¾ portion of pad si ew from Rose Garden thai restaurant in Vacaville
~32 oz of water
1 slice of Nature’s Own whole wheat bread with half an avocado with everything but the
bagel seasoning
2 scrambled eggs
3 pieces of bacon
Half cup of orange juice
~0.25 lb of baked salmon made with garlic, butter, and seasoning
Half cup of white rice
Half cup of roasted seasoned broccoli
