Dolphin Class Task list (Assistant Teacher) 1 Help kids in the morning with their jackets and bookbags 2 Help the kids with finishing their morning work. 3 Focus on: *Write down the names of the kids you feel need attention* 4 Clean up after snack (morning and afternoon) 4.1 5 Try to be finish by 10:15am (morning) Make sure everyone completes their assignments. 5.1 Focus on: *Write the names of the kids you feel need attention* 6 Help distribute food. 7 Help put aprons and clothes on when needed (special classes etc) 8 Assist children with brushing their teeth during lunch. 8.1 Clean toothbrushes. 8.2 Clean toothbrush container 8.3 Clean toothpaste 8.4 Clean toothpaste container 8.5 Put everything in UV fridge. 8.6 Please let head teacher know if the kids need new toothbrushes or toothpaste. 9 Make sure each kid has their chopsticks and water bottle neatly inside their bookbag. 10 Make sure each kid has extra masks in their cubby holes. (let head teacher know if not) 11 Remember to speak as much English as possible with them, and when you do have to speak Korean, say both English and Korean. 12 Please stay in the classroom, or at least try because they need constant attention. 13 Help mediate problems if they arise. (Translate in Korean) Special note: I know at times it can be frustrating. We have all been there. But notice that when you react a certain way the kids can notice and see that. Check homework A. organize homework, B. put any new materials inside their bookbags or homework boxes. 3. Prep for class and facilitate classroom. 4. Organize classroom books with their names and make sure pages are completed 5. Organize their finished work and put it in their designated folders. 6. Clean up Children’s plates after lunch. 7. Help distribute food during lunch time. 8. Wipe down/ sanitize toys 9. Vacuum in the morning / afternoon 10. Wipe tables in the morning/afternoon 11. Clean out trashcan/ recycling bin 12. Fix Hair and clothes in the afternoon. 13. Help meditate problems if they arise (English). 14. Answer questions and concerns on kidsnote. 15. Check out Library book, make sure they are returned and put back where they belong. 16. Make sure to have children evaluations finished by the end of each week. 17. Make sure the parents are aware of anything that might need. (New toothpaste, toothbrush, clothes, etc.)
