Forms
 They can be used to enter
records, modify existing
records or view records
already stored in a table
 They may include fields from
different tables.
Reports
 Allows tables and results from
queries to be represented in a
user-friendly way.
 The data can be represented
by grouping similar data or
sorting it in ascending or
descending order.
Form
 Field – Customer number, surname, date and birth
 Record - Sloan, Jenny F
 Table - Customer table, booking table
Report
 Field – Indoor, outdoor
 Record – Archery, Turner, Ciaran
 Table – Activity bookings
Data – Facts or figures.
